DO NOT use this service. They have no regard to their users. It's been a constant cry to suggest to them not to delete their users stations so quickly. They stated i had no authorization to make changes since i was a DJ using a different email. I explained to them that i was the owner and im the one who created the DJ user. They still didn't allow me to update my billing and once again, they deleted my station for the third time for non payment. The fact that they have no regard for their long-term users says a lot about their business integrity, and loulyalty to the users who have patronized their software. The fact that they blocked my billing, therefore I was unable to change my card on file and then they DELETED my entire station, Hours of programming my station 3 times just DELETED without a care in the world. Their customer service team is NO HELP!!! NO ONE seems to care about helping you retrieve all the work you put into your station. Once they completey delete your station they claim to have no way to get it back, proving that all your hard work is simply DISPOSABLE to them. All they want is your money. On top of deleting my station, they continued to accept a payment from an email invoice they sent me, which was sent regarding the same account they claim had been deleted. Spacial/Sam broadcaster has been THE WORSE experience since using their software. DON'T spend your hard earned money with s company that has no regard for the work you put into your station. Find another software company to use. These people are absolutely THE WORSE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS, HEADACHE AND SUFFERING!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR LOYAL USERS!!!!
